New Construction Inspection

Yes, defects are found during new construction inspections. Ideally, it’s best to have John inspection your new construction home or business in a multi-stage process or at least twice. Once before the walls are closed in and once a few days prior to your final walk-through with the builder.

During the first inspection John can inspect the foundation, framing and system installation. During the second inspection, John can inspect the final product to make sure the systems are in working order and provide you with tips for maintaining your new home.
