RECENT FINDINGS

A plastic duct is not suitable for dryer use. 

It appears the roofer did not support the old roof vent hole prior to the new roof instalation.

The gas fireplace does not have a safety shut-off.

The top metal plate is not strong enough and the steel column is starting to damage the wooden beam.

The #15 breaker is double-tapped and the wire insulation was slightly melted at the breaker; the terminal screw is also loose.

Infrared camera found loose fiberglass insulation in the attic is pulled too far away from the eaves leaving approximately 3 feet of uninsulated ceiling in the upper units.

The north and west foundation walls are bowed inward and are out of plumb up to 2 inches which is beyond tolerance; recommend having a foundation wall repair contractor evaluate.

Recommend removal of some paneling on the south wall to evaluate the foundation wall.
